Common questions
Click doesn't find my TV
Make sure the TV is on and your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the TV. Guest networks usually hide TVs from phones, so join the main network. On iPhone, if you tapped Don't Allow when Click asked for local network access, turn it on in iPhone Settings → Click → Local Network. Some TVs leave Wi-Fi when they sleep; wake the TV and try again. You can also tap Enter IP address and type the address shown in the TV's network settings.
What does my TV ask for when I pair?
Samsung and LG: the TV shows a prompt; choose Allow. Google TV and Android TV: type the code the TV shows. Fire TV and Vizio: type the four-digit code the TV shows. Roku: no code; it connects straight away. You only pair once per TV.
My Roku blocks Click
On the Roku, open Settings → System → Advanced system settings → Control by mobile apps and set it to Default. You need any Roku remote to change it once. Then connect again from Click.
I lost my TV remote
Tap My remote is lost on the Find screen, or Settings → Lost remote guide. It shows where your TV's own buttons are and how to pair without the remote: Samsung and LG use a button under the screen to choose Allow, and Google TV, Fire TV and Vizio show a code on screen. Exact button positions vary by model.
Restore Click Pro on a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open Settings in Click and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore on the upgrade screen. You don't need an account.
Cancel a subscription
On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Click. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and choose Click. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or year ends. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or, for Google Play purchases, through Google Play.
Delete my data
To remove a TV, open Settings → TVs, pick it and tap Forget this TV; its details and pairing keys are deleted from your phone. Deleting the app removes everything else Click stores. For analytics, crash or purchase records, email us; see the privacy policy.
Is Click made by my TV's maker?
No. Setout Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roku, Samsung, LG, Amazon, Google, Vizio or any other TV maker. Their names only describe which TVs Click works with.
