Do a lesson
Open the Path tab and tap the next lesson. Each lesson takes about three minutes: one idea and its source, 6 or 7 drills, then one thing to carry into your day. A drill you miss comes back at the end of the lesson. The carry action fills your next morning plan, ready to edit.
Plan the morning, review the evening
On Today, tap Morning plan to name what you will meet today and write "When ___ happens, I will ___". In the evening, tap Evening review and answer three questions: what went well, what went badly, what to do differently.
Stoic check
A 30-second pause for the moment something happens: what happened, what is yours here, what you will do. Start it from Today, from a Control Center or Lock Screen control called Stoic check, or by saying "Loci Stoic check" to Siri. Saved checks show in History.
Add a widget
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or Customize, then Add Widget, and choose Loci. The small and inline widgets show today's quote. With full access, the medium and rectangular widgets also show today's intention once you save a morning plan. Settings → Lock Screen widget walks through the steps.
Reminders
In Settings → Practice, turn reminders on and set the morning and evening times. If reminders don't arrive, allow notifications for Loci in iPhone Settings → Notifications.
What is free and what is paid
The first lesson, the Stoic check, Scroll, today's quote and the quote widgets are free. Full access adds the rest of the Path, the morning plan and evening review, History, and your intention on the widgets. It is sold as a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and Apple charges your Apple ID. With notifications on, Loci reminds you two days before a trial ends.
Cancel a subscription
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Loci. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Restore a purchase on a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Settings → Subscription in Loci, and tap Restore purchases. You don't need an account. If a purchase is waiting for approval, such as Ask to Buy, full access unlocks once it clears.
Refunds
Apple processes all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Export or delete your data
Settings → Export journal shares a plain-text file of every day's plan, review, lessons and checks. Settings → Delete local data removes your plans, reviews, checks, lesson progress and reminder settings from this iPhone. It cannot be undone. A purchase stays with your Apple ID.
Keep your practice safe
Your entries are saved only on this iPhone. There is no account or cloud sync, so removing the app deletes them, and we cannot recover them. Export your journal if you want a copy.
