Email support@setout.ai. Tell us what happened, your app version (shown at the bottom of Settings) and your iOS version. Email support in Leap's Settings fills these in for you.
Take the placement test
Tap Start the test and answer what you hear. You get a Leap score out of 100 and a map of four skills: pitch, intervals, chords and scale degrees. A week later you can retake it free with Retake test and see how the score moved.
Daily practice
Today lists your workout. On the free plan, one drill a day is free: the first drill on Today, or the first level of any unit on Path. You can redo it as often as you like that day, and a new one is ready tomorrow. Leap Pro unlocks the full workout and every level. Miss a question and Leap plays your answer and the right one, then brings it back in a later drill.
Hands-free
Tap the hands-free button next to the main button on Today. Leap plays each question, pauses, then says the answer. It keeps going with the screen locked, and headphone or lock-screen controls play, pause, skip and go back. In Settings, Time to think sets the pause and Say the answer turns the spoken answer on or off.
Change the sound
Open Settings → Sound and choose Piano or Nylon guitar.
Reminders
Open Settings → Daily reminder to set or change the time, or turn it off. If it shows Blocked, allow notifications for Leap in iPhone Settings → Notifications.
Restore Leap Pro on a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Settings in Leap and tap Restore purchases. You don't need an account.
Cancel or get a refund
To cancel a subscription, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Leap does not cancel it. Apple processes all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Keep your progress
Your scores and practice history are saved only on this iPhone. There is no account or sync between devices, so removing the app deletes them and Leap cannot recover them. A Leap Pro purchase stays with your Apple ID.
