Contact us
Email support@setout.ai. Please tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, the app version (shown under About in the app's Settings) and what happened. Please do not send your blood pressure readings or reports.
This is not a medical help line. For questions about your health, talk to your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Common questions
Does the app measure my blood pressure?
No. Take your blood pressure with your own cuff or monitor, then type the numbers into the app or, on iOS 27 with Apple Intelligence, scan your monitor's screen and check the numbers before saving. The app keeps the record for you. It does not diagnose or give medical advice.
Where are my readings stored?
On your iPhone, and in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backup if you use one. There is no account and we keep no copy. If you delete the app, your history is deleted from the iPhone, so export a report now and then if you want an extra copy.
How do I share my readings with my doctor?
Open the Report tab and tap View PDF or Export CSV, then send it by email, message, print or any other option in the share sheet.
Can I save readings to Apple Health?
Yes. Open Settings from the gear at the top right of History and turn on Save to Apple Health. The app then saves the blood pressure and pulse of each new reading to Apple Health. To bring in readings your cuff's app saves to Apple Health, turn on Import from Apple Health. Imported readings start with the last 90 days. They stay in Apple Health if you delete them in the app, and leave the app when they're deleted from Apple Health while importing is on.
What do I get with Pro, and what if I stop paying?
The app needs Pro, and the yearly plan starts with a 7-day trial. If you stop paying, you keep your history, the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, the CSV export and the 7-, 30- or 90-day PDF report of the readings you already have, and you can still delete readings. Adding and editing readings, scanning your monitor, reminders, custom date ranges and filters, and saving to and importing from Apple Health need Pro again.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app's Settings and tap Restore purchases under Subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why didn't my reminder go off?
Reminders need notification permission and SYS/DIA Pro. If either is off, the reminder stays saved but paused. Open Settings → Reminders in the app and follow the prompt to turn notifications back on.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app's Settings and tap Delete all data. You can choose whether to also delete the copies in Apple Health. There is no account to delete.
